Application Terms and Conditions

  • Welcome to ProFix! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the ProFix mobile application. By accessing this application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use ProFix if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
  • 1. Registration and Account Creation:
  • 1.1. To use the ProFix services, users must register and create an account on the mobile application.
  • 2. Issue Submission:
  • 2.1. Customers can submit their repair and maintenance issues by providing detailed descriptions, images, and short voice messages to accurately describe the problem. In addition, the customer’s GPS coordination will be stored for navigation purposes and business analysis.
  • 3. Estimation of Price and Fix Duration:
  • 3.1. ProFix engineers will assess the submitted issues and provide customers with an estimated cost and fix duration.
  • 3.2. The provided estimate is subject to change based on further evaluation by the ProFix team upon physical inspection.
  • 4. Customer Confirmation:
  • 4.1. Once the estimate is provided, customers have the option to confirm the service or cancel it.
  • 4.2. Confirmation implies agreement with the estimated cost and fixed duration.
  • 5. Scheduling:
  • 5.1. Customers can specify the preferred date and time for the repair.
  • 5.2. ProFix will use the location provided by the customer to facilitate the repair team's navigation to the specified address.
  • 6. Payment:
  • 6.1. Payment for the repair services is due upon completion.
  • 6.2. ProFix accepts various payment methods face-to-face.
  • 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
  • 7.1. Customers can cancel or reschedule a confirmed service by providing notice within a reasonable timeframe.
  • 7.2. Late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • 8. Liability:
  • 8.1. ProFix is not liable for any damages caused by the repair services if they are due to pre-existing conditions or unforeseen complications.
  • 9. User Responsibilities:
  • 9.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and service request submissions.
  • 9.2. Users are responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • 10. Privacy Policy:
  • 10.1. ProFix respects user privacy and operates in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be accessed separately.
  • 11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
